Our Office will be pleased to provide all sellers with at least TWO specific Quotes for their property conveyancing needs. These will normally be sourced from two established legal firms.

Highland Property Services work alongside a number of established legal firms in the local area. We will be pleased to provide you with a choice of solicitors who specialise in the conveyancing of property, and who by working together with our own Office will guide you through the entire legal purchase and sales process. We would always recommend a formal written quote for your conveyancing needs which are based on a "standard property transaction". Please be advised that where additional services are required which relate to an issue that was not apparent at the outset, then a further fee will be payable to resolve this.
