Highland Property Services were established in 1988 as property consultants, estate agents and letting agents offering a comprehensive property management service from our centrally located offices in the centre of Aviemore. The founder Mr James Armour had returned to his home area after some 10 years absence as Contract Manager for an Overseas Company and wished to establish a Company offering a “complete property solution” for property owners throughout Aviemore and the Spey Valley. Now moving towards our 20th Anniversary we represent property throughout the Cairngorms National Park and Highlands of Scotland and even as far afield as Austria.   

Location: Our recently refurbished Aviemore Offices enable us to specialise in the sale, rental & management of residential and commercial property throughout the Cairngorms National Park area and the Scottish Highlands.

We are the only independent agent in the North open SIX days per week, Mon to Sat: 9am – 5pm and most public/bank holidays. As local independent agents we endeavour to provide a personal high quality service for sellers and potential purchasers alike!
